Terms and Conditions of Use

We welcome you to the Sonnets of flowers website terms and conditions for your information and use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at Sonnets of flowers. By accessing this website and/or placing your order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Products
All products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available for the delivery in London only.
Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
Our products are not available for same day delivery.

2. Prices
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK sales tax (VAT), where applicable.
We reserve the right to change without notice, the price, or prices of any, or all products listed on the Sonnets of flowers website.
The price of the goods does include a charge for delivery.

3. Orders / Payment
During the order process, you will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.
We accept payment by all major credit and/or debit cards, PayPal.
By clicking on the ‘check out’ button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Sonnets of flowers site.
Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.

4. Delivery
We can deliver the next day if the order is placed on our website by 4pm. Our delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday.

We offer free flowers delivery in London only, within M25.

Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays.
Occasionally we may not be able to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances if this is the case a full refund will be given.

To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

Please note that the Sonnets of flowers is only responsible for delivering to the address you quote (or to a neighbour if no one is at home) we regret that where the goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual receiver refuses or fails to return item(s).

Where the delivery driver is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will deliver to a neighbour, leave in a secure location or leave a card at the address for the recipient to keep contact. If you would prefer that the flowers are not left on the step or with a neighbour but re-delivered by the courier then please specify this in the comments section.

In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide at the time of placing your order.
We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered, are delayed due to incorrect details or the damage of the product when in the hands of your neighbours.

If the delivery could not be made because of inaccurate addresses, absence of the recipient at the address in the specified period of time you will be charged for the re-delivery. After 24 hours of failed delivery your order will be cancelled, as the flowers are perishable.

5. Cancellation
Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 3 working days before the intended delivery date.
To amend or cancel your order, please contact Sonnets of flowers by e-mailing us using the form in the Contact Us page of our site.
Orders may not cancelled on or after the requested order delivery date.

6. Availability
Please note that due to the seasonal availability of flowers it may be necessary to vary individual stems from those shown. Our skilled florists may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value. Where our designs include a sundry item such as a vase or basket it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed. If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.
